Inter-symbiosis

Inter-Symbiosis aims to promote balance with one’s self, others and nature. It is made with post consumer waste (used plastic bags) sculpted into organic shapes that might spark different connections in each viewer’s mind. From a specific angle, one could see the seemingly chaotic shapes morphing into the yin-yang symbol of Tai Chi.

Everything has different aspects and are interdependent and interchangeable. Taoists believe no individual is perfect. Only through connecting can we find a perfect balance. Each aspect is part of what makes this world. By respecting this notion, we might be able to find an ideal balance for this world.
